couple problems.

1. driving at 55-60 mph the car shakes a lot. after or before those speeds the car is perfectly fine. could it be that the wheels are unbalanced or bad tires?

2. my idle wont go under 1900rpms and i friend of mine told me to clean the tps sensor. ????

3. while im driving slowly i can here a small hissing like vacuum leak sound but when i hit the break, it goes away? wtf??

^lmao good place I heard they have all the answers. Check your brake booster n all your bushings that are up front. Replace the shitty ones.

unbalenced tires for the 1st one, just balence the fronts and u should be fine

Could be hub bearing, or tire balance for the shaking problem. Check all your vacuum lines because 240 is old and the vacuum line could be broken. If the TBS is dirty ur engine rpm would surge up and down.
