i bought a pair on ebay, i figured they would need a little work . i was ok with that, but when i got the fenders they were stock replacements!!!!!!!!!!!!! his name is transautotend on ebay . do not buy from this guy! learn from my mistake! no help from this guy at all . hopefully no one else falls for this scam. just trying to warn everyone!

i made a claim at paypal but they want me to send the fenders back ( 129 bucks
). and even then i wouldn't be guaranteed to get a refund. would ebay be able to help me screw this guy?

yes ebay will help you get your money back. even if u send the fenders back and they don't send you any money, you can prove that to paypal and they'll have to send the money. I'm not sure if they can shut down the ebayer all together, but im sure if he's got x amount of complaints they can. sorry for the grammer... its hot outside!

if you file a claim with both ebay and paypal, tell them that shipping you cant handle at the moment, then request them to have him pay return shipping and refund. You have a 90% chance at recouping everything.
