the application process is online, and i've submitted my resume numerous times before, but nothing...and I know I'm well qualified for the position I'm applying for. Just need to know if there is anyone there I can call or talk to about it

I know a guy that works there, But you need to go there and talk to them face to face. Tell them you applied numerous times and no replys... And ask why you haven't gotten a reply??. That puts them one edge becuase they know you are very interested in the position, so it gives you a better chance to get the job. Try that and see what happens. :bigthumbu

Why Alienware?

cause its like 2 blocks fro my house, it's a job that really interest me....and i've heard the pay is good too

The pay is decent, i think they offered me like 30k thereabouts for a system testing position. I wouldn't hang out too long there just building/testing systems though, try to go for some sort of position where you're creating the benchmarks and image deployment systems, otherwise it'll get old fast.
