Ae86 jump and flip

dude that was crazy when they got all wheels off the ground.. But he bounced back He tore up Pro ams last year. Last i read he might be getting :bigthumbu hooked up with falken

I haven't been able to find the full vid, but I read about when they flipped the car back over and he kept going.
 
Yeah I remember reading on Club4AG and other sites of what happen. John even had a pic of it as his sig or avatar. It's kinda weird how it took people awhile to get there. All I can do when I see him drive is give a :bigthumbu for a good American 86 driver.

I wish I had a red 'destroy all AE86' button..... except for the one that ran in JGTC, it actually looked cool...

Heh, nah some 86's are alright....

and the crash wasnt a total failure... at least it was ass end first... and he crashed in spectacular fashion, so he gets an A for effort....
 
well since i was sitting in the stands...
earlier in the day he stuffed the rear end in, thats why the hatch opens so easily, it was duct tapped shut.
he was put back on all four, but since he lost that round he was out. the car only had a broken side mirror, nothing else was really damaged at all from the roll.

the next day he was in a second competition for a FD license and he did very well getting that license.

Wow that event failed for Staff. Someone should have been there in seconds. The flip is the results of K Rails being places sloped side in. Wich is wrong in many ways. Retards. Glad to see he recovered tho and moved on tho.

What is with the AE86 hate I have been seeing on this site lately? Are you jealous that the E36 has never won a pro event? Even less a D1 championship? :D

John Rusakoff is a bad ass driver if you have never seen him. The fact that he crashed doesn't mean that he is a bad driver. I've seen Taniguchi crash, does that make him a bad driver? Don't get pissed at me now, just realize I am only trying to tell you that a good driver doesn't have to be crashless in his lifetime.
 
Relax, I guess you didnt see the irony of people responding that he was a good driver, when it was a crash video......

Obviously the guy is a good driver.

Personally I dont like the way Corollas drive, and I recpect anyone who can make them perform because honestly they are difficult to push to the limit. That's why there's only a few well known Corolla drivers. The average drifter can't handle those cars...

Now I welcome anyone who drives a S13 or S14 to hop in my car and try to drive it the same way.....

How many Corollas have won 5 IMSA championships, 2 BTCC championships, and numerous Australian touring car cups ? :):)

Yea, it's cool man. I just get stupid about that shit. lol

How about having a 1.6 liter N/A AE86 beat a 2.0 turbo Skyline in the Group A series back in the 80s. :D
 
I was guessing he was just joking around, it's hard to tell online. Let's not get in the whole X car has this many wins compared to X car, BMW and Toyota have a great racing history and just leave it at that.

I also noticed the disrespect for the 86 but I think it was more based on the new guy who was trying to sell his on here. I have nothing against any car really, like I said awhile back every car has its pros and cons. I say just find the car with the pros you like, suits your driving style and well you like. It would be boring if everyone drove/drifted the same car.
