93 s13....pignose?

Yea my car has a bent out passnger fender and a dented bumper that doesnt allow me to even put the headlight trim. I cant get it fixed the painter said its best to just change the fender and blah blah blah. So i was thinking of doing the silvia front end.....but i dont have that much money. So i was thinking if its possible and cheap for me to buy a passenger fender and buying a pignose bumber and putting it on my 93 s13. Do i have to change both fenders, and the turn signals im sure i have to change them too but how about the wiring is it same plug? Will thise be CHEAP! ? lol
 
Not the headlights the turn signals...and my brother just told me theyre the same(fenders). Whatever ima get some more cash and go for it....i like zee pignose i need those two little vents to vent my humongous turbo. :p
