4k power loss

hey guys, So every time i get into 4th and rev past 4k I have a complete loss of power till it back down. I have no problems with revs above 4k in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. Have not tried 5th above 4k, but have not had any issue below 4k in 5th. A buddy of mine thinks it may be a loss of fuel pressure, but not sure. What do you guys think?

Maybe you have a vaccum leak some were that decides to leak right after 4k in 4th lol. Sounds kind of like a maf problem but also a vaccum problem. But idk just thought I'd try.
