Hey guys, I need help. I just install a used power steering pump into my 90 300zx. Now when I turn the wheel, the wheel is very heavy, it feels like not having power steering. The pump is not making any noise, and I know it can't be the rack and pinion because is new. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
