Either will be fine, they are both good.... ACT FTW!!!
If you are replacing your stock clutch to a stronger one, your car should be fine with a Street disk and Heavy duty pressure plate. Just get a clutch that will slightly exceed your power expectations, there is not point in getting a 4puck unsprung race clutch with an extreme pressure plate or multi disk clutch if you are never going to reach half of the power capacity of the clutch. You will end up making daily driving a PITA from harsh clutch engagement, and putting extra unnecessary strain on your drive train, but it's all up to you and how you want to set it up.
