all those parts have been limited for a long time. not to mention the tsunami that fucked shit up in japan a few years ago. basic supply and demand

had the same thing happen to me a few years back. my problem was that the ac would blow cold for like 2 minutes, and then pop a fuse. it turned out that the compressor was faulty. replaced it with a working one and my car has not yet had a problem blowing cold air till this day

s15 has a dual ball bearing turbo and an extra gear in the transmission. like this guy said^ if you are not looking to make big power (under 400HP), it should be fine

why does every honda that gets jacked look the same? (dropped, factory wheels, yellow lighting, etc). anyways, hopefully your friend finds it in one piece

lowering springs wont help. not even eibach sportlines will be anything close and those go the lowest. just save up for some decent coils and a set of RUCAs to dial out the camber.
